How to apply false eyelashes
- To begin with – you need tweezers to hold the eyelashes and apply the glue. Set everything out on a table ready for use. Wash your face with warm water and pat dry. Use a cotton ball to wipe any oil or water off your eyelashes.
- Hold the false eyelashes next to your eye so you can decide if the length is right before you place on the glue. If it is not right, trim the length with scissors.
- Try to get a match as close to your natural color as possible – most people will get away with black, but if you have blonde or ginger hair – go for lighter false lashes.
- Place the glue on the strip, and wait for it to go tacky. Then place neatly, as close as you can to your eyelash roots and hold in place for 10 to 20 seconds.
- Remove the tweezers and open the eye to check everything is correct.
