Eyelash Dye

Eyelash dye is a solution applied after a patch test, to colour eye lashes on both the top and the bottom of the eye lid. Eyelash dyes come in many different colours but the most popular is black as it adds maximum definition and volume effect to all eyelashes. People that have natural blonde eyelashes however sometimes opt to have a brown eyelash dye as it is more natural looking and preferred for everyday use. Brown eyelash dye can also be added to darker eyelashes if desired but the look will not be as defined or noticeable than having the black solution.

Why do I need a patch test?

Whether you are dying your eyelashes at home or ion a salon a patch test is essential to make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients in the product. Eyes are very sensitive and not following the instructions to test this product would be extremely naive. Complete a patch test 24-48 hours before having your tres5tment to ensure there are no signs of a reaction.
The benefits of eyelash dye is that it saves time in a morning having to apply mascara. One simple treatment will last up to about 1 month so it is well worth having your eyelashes died at home or in a salon.

Adding a black eyelash dye to your list of salon treatments is relatively inexpensive and well worth the 30 minute to 1 hour procedure, it is painless and once complete look beautiful for much longer than any nail treatment will last for.

At home kits can be purchased from beauty wholesale but be sure to read the instructions carefully, it will be less time consuming if you get a friend to complete the procedure for you as  both eyes can be done at the same time, making it much quicker and less messy.
